What is the Fifty-One™ ?

The Fifty-One™ electronic cigarette is a revolutionary, innovative device which offers those who already smoke a better smoking alternative to traditional tobacco cigarettes. Electronic cigarettes are composed of a rechargeable, battery-operated heating element, a replaceable cartridge that may contain nicotine or other solutions, and an atomizer that, when heated, converts the contents of the cartridge into a vapor. Using advanced technology, our products allow one the freedom to "smoke" virtually anywhere - without the flame, ash, tar, or carbon monoxide found in traditional tobacco cigarettes. Furthermore, our products do not dispel any offensive, noxious odors - eliminating the concern of second-hand smoke to the non-smoking community. Simply put, there is no longer a need for anyone to breathe the unwanted, dangerous second-hand smoke produced by traditional tobacco cigarettes.

What makes up an electronic cigarette?

Electronic cigarettes are devices composed of a rechargeable, battery-operated heating element, a replaceable cartridge that may contain nicotine or other solutions, and an atomizer that, when heated, converts the contents of the cartridge into a vapor.
Fifty-One™ electric cigarettes has two different models available – The 2.0 & The Trio™:

The 2.0 original patented 2-part technology (battery component and atomized cartridge) offers the industry’s best smoking experience with its unique, disposable all-in-one atomized cartridge / filters. This all-in-one atomized cartridge/filter provides a new and clean smoking experience each time the cartridge/filter is replaced, and eliminates any need for the maintenance of a separate atomizer unit. Available in varying nicotine strengths: 16mg (Plus), 12mg (Extra), 8mg (High), 6mg (Mid), 4mg (Low) and 0mg (No Nicotne).

The Trio™ The Trio™ offers 3-part technology (battery component, atomizer, and cartridge/filter), standard to the electronic cigarette industry. The Trio’s improved atomizer is a separate piece from the cartridge/filter, and remains with the battery for continuous reuse (unlike the cartomizer included in the Duo version). The only thing that needs to be replaced is the cartridge/filter which contains the flavored nicotine solution. The Trio’s™ filters are available in the following nicotine strengths: 24mg (Plus), 18mg (High), 14mg (Mid+), 11mg (Mid), 6mg (Low), and 0mg (No Nicotine).

How long does one cartridge last?

While one 2.0 cartomizer is roughly equivalent to 1 1/2 to 2 packages of traditional cigarettes, and one Trio™ refill filter is roughly equivalent to 1 to 1 1/2 packs of traditional cigarettes, how long an electronic cigarette filter lasts depends on the user. The overall puff efficiency is estimated and can vary depending on overall size, duration, and strength of inhalations. When a filter is approaching its completion, the flavor will change slightly, and much less vapor will be produced – both of these signs indicate that the filter may need to be changed.

What’s in the vapor?

The vapor is free of smoke, and is odorless. The vapor contains mostly water, and trace elements of nicotine and propylene glycol. Propylene glycol is typically in food coloring, flavoring, and mouthwash, and is on the safe elements list of the Food and Drug Administration.

How much nicotine is contained in a cartridge?

Again, we offer our users flexibility, so you can adjust based on your nicotine preference. NOTE: The2.0  electric cigarettes patented all-in-one atomized cartridge/filter is unique in its atomization process, thus requiring a smaller level of nicotine to produce the same effect as it’s 3-part counterpart – The Trio™ electric cigarettes. Thus, The 2.0 electric cigarettes 6mg is equivalent to The Trio’s™ 14mg level. See the chart below for a full explanation:

Is there an on or off switch?

Nope, no need! The Fifty-One™ is equipped with a microchip and sensor which uniquely activates upon your first inhalation, and is only “on” with each inhalation! This technological characteristic greatly saves battery time and eliminates the inconvenience of having to turn “on/off” such a device.

Can the Fifty-One™ really be used in non-smoking areas?

As this product is free of both first and second hand smoke, and is by no means a traditional tobacco cigarette, you should be free to smoke Fifty-One™ in most areas that don’t typically permit smoking, inlcluding restaurants, bars, clubs, offices, airports, etc.

Will the electronic cigarette set off smoke alarms?

No! Because the vapor is odorless and mostly water, it will not set off any smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detection devices. As such, you should be able to smoke in any room with such devices.
